Display the installed GNU Make version

$ xcode-select --install

Install Make via Xcode Command Line Tools on macOS

$ sudo apt install build-essential -y

Install Make and essential build tools on Debian/Ubuntu Linux

$ make

Execute the first target defined in the Makefile
